ANDERSON ANNOUNCES EXPANSION TO ASSEMBLY DRIVE FACILITY

ROCKFORD, Ill. -Anderson Packaging Inc announces an expansion to its Corporate Headquarters and Primary Pharmaceutical Packaging facility located at 4545 Assembly Drive in Rockford, IL. This existing facility, built in 1989, was recently expanded in 1999 to a capacity of 250,000 square feet. The 2003 addition plans will bring the facility to a total size of 310,000 square feet, allowing Anderson to better accommodate its continued growth in the industry and providing its customers increased flexibility in scheduling and capacity.
The Assembly Drive location offers environmentally controlled packaging rooms with independent air handling systems, allowing room specific temperature and humidity controls for specialized product needs. The facility also affords Anderson's customers dedicated packaging areas that can be customized for secondary and tertiary packaging requirements.
