CHUCK AUBREY JOINS ANDERSON PACKAGING

Chuck Aubrey has recently joined the Anderson Packaging team to fill the newly created position of Vice President of Process Management and Lean Six Sigma. Mr. Aubrey comes to Anderson with extensive experience in developing Continuous Improvement programs at Sears, American Express, and Bank One among others. Mr. Aubrey will lead Anderson Packaging's corporate Lean Sigma programs and will help facilitate ongoing process improvements.

According to Larry Beckmann, President of Anderson Packaging, "We are very fortunate that someone of Chuck's background and experience was available at a time when we are really focusing our efforts on establishing a Lean Six Sigma program. Continuous improvement has always been a staple of Anderson Packaging's business and with Chuck's guidance we plan to take it to the next level. In the short time he has been with us we have seen substantial cost savings and waste reduction and are excited for the future."

Mr. Aubrey will also help develop and manage Lean Six Sigma programs for other AmerisourceBergen Packaging Group companies including American Health Packaging, located in Columbus, Ohio, and Brecon Pharmaceuticals, located in Hay-on-Wye, Wales.
