According
to Shawn Reilley, Anderson's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, this
addition enables his company to "create the customer support environment whereby the timing from package concept to fully functional samples can be accomplished within 2-3 days".
This new machinery increases Anderson's extensive in-house sample creation capability, in which they offer full prototype capabilities for all its primary packaging services. These services include thermoformed blister units, vertical form-fill-seal pouches, horizontal form-fill-seal pouches, and bottle/vial filling. Anderson also now has in-house capability to create designs reflecting its secondary packaging services. These packages include, but are not limited to; physician sample blister cards, cartons of various designs, and assorted display configurations. These include child resistant and compliance prompting packages, for which Anderson's design team has won numerous awards.
IWith the new addition of the CAD/CAM cutting table, Anderson can offer its customers two-day turnaround from concept to finished sample packages. All sample creation would be performed in-house by Anderson's expert support staff of package development engineers. Sample packages can be created with up to 6 color graphics capabilities and with full functionality, so that customers can provide their Sales and Marketing teams with true samples to support their corporate sales and physician sampling efforts. To further its customer's package development efforts, Anderson also provides the capability of producing small volumes of production quality packages for child resistance testing, senior friendly testing, market research, or clinical packaging trials.
